How the clauses of Berlin + are implemented and which commitments Moldova doesn’t carry out

PMR Ministry of Foreign Affairs posted the presentation with information on current situation in negotiation process. Its helps to get an idea about implementation of Berlin +, the clauses of which are consisted in Berlin Protocol (2016) and then in Vienna (2017) and in Rome (2018) ones. There are also outstanding commitments of Moldova in presentation.
