Pridnestrovian Danil Lupov wins bronze medal at European Taekwondo Championship

From 3 to 7 July the WTF European Cadet Taekwondo Championship is taking place in Strasbourg, France. Athletes from more than 40 countries have come to participate in the competition. Pridnestrovie was represented by the trainee of OO «WTF Taekwondo Union of Pridnestrovie», Danil Lupov. He fought in the category up to 49 kg and won a bronze medal, having lost to an Italian fighter in a semi-final.

It is notable that it is the first Pridnestrovian medal at the European Taekwondo Championship.
